Comparing the partner banks of Esewa and Ipay it's 41-7.So Esewa gives more opyions for choosing a Bank for linking to the Esewa account.So,here Esewa is better than Ipay.
Similarly,Esewa also provides the instant Western Union Pick up service Online but Ipay does not which makes Esewa better than Ipay.

If you want to withdraw money from your Ipay account to your bank account you can withdraw upto Rs.10000 at once and it charges Rs.25 for each withdraw.

Analyzing the withdrawal charges,you can find esewa cheaper.So,we can regard esewa as the best one for this reason.



Rewards Point
Esewa provides rewards point for every payments and transaction through which the users can get different gifts but Ipay do not provide this service.

Security:

Both Esewa and Ipay uses 128 bit SSL encryption as security system i.e yours all personal information are encrypted before being transmitted through the internet.So,Security system of both the gateway are comparable and alike.

Thus,after analyzing all the above reasons definitely Esewa has better services than Ipay but Esewa provides very poor userexperince as per the data of Google Insights when compared to Ipay.So it's all upon your choice to choose one of them.But if I''ve to suggest you I'll definitely suggest Esewa.
